How do I know which acoustic panels are right for my room?
Choosing the right product depends on your goals—whether you are reducing echo, soundproofing against outside noise, or enhancing audio clarity. What is the difference between sound absorption and soundproofing?
Sound absorption (using foam or fabric panels) reduces echoes and improves sound quality within a room. Soundproofing (using heavy membranes or insulation) prevents sound from entering or leaving a space. We offer solutions for both applications.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Custom-cut or specialized acoustic orders may require an additional 10 days for production.
What is your return policy for acoustic products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard, unopened products. Due to the nature of the material, custom-sized panels and adhesive-applied products that have been installed are not eligible for return.
Are your acoustic materials fire-rated for home use?
Yes, safety is our priority. Most of our acoustic foam and fabric panels are Class A fire-rated, meaning they meet strict safety standards for residential and commercial interior use.
