At Acoustic Sound Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home audio environment. If your purchase doesn't perfectly harmonize with your space, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all acoustic foam, mounting hardware, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned acoustic panels or accessories, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
